The Blue Religion

As a man who is writing this from prison, I’m not really supposed to like cops. I blame Michael Connelly and his stellar Harry Bosch novels for making me a fan, and it’s Connelly who is the editor of these stories presented by the Mystery Writers of America. It’s a solid collection for fans of the genre with highlights being: “The Drought” by James O. Born, “The Herald” by Leslie Glass, “Contact and Cover” by Greg Rucka, and Connelly’s own Harry Bosch story “Father’s Day.”
